Renowned relationship coach Natalie Lue tells journalist Kate Leaver all about her clear, wise book on the power of setting boundaries, un-learning social expectations, and learning to say no.


About The Series

Kate Leaver is a local journalist, author, and former professional fairy. She's written two non-fiction books, The Friendship Cure and Good Dog. She's spent more than a decade as a journalist, specialising in things like love, loneliness, pop culture, gender equity, and the climate crisis. Here, she sits down with brilliant, fascinating women authors to find out more about their areas of great wisdom



Kate Leaver is an author, editor, and journalist. She's written two non-fiction books, The Friendship Cure and Good Dog, and is currently working on her debut novel.

Natalie Lue is a relationship coach, author and creator of one of the longest running self-help blogs in the world, Baggage Reclaim. Natalie’s authored five books, including The Joy of Saying No (Jan 2023, HarperCollins).
