Ayesha has worked in sustainable fashion for over 12 years. Prior to launching Everyday Phenomenal, Ayesha launched and grew Fashion ComPassion a socially responsible fashion company. Fashion and Social Development have always been her biggest passions. Besides her professional career, Ayesha has worked with various NGOS and social development organizations such as Grameen Bank, that work towards literacy, women empowerment and community development.

Ayesha's work with Fashion ComPassion has been featured in publications such as Vogue, BBC, The Guardian, Grazia, Elle Arabia, TrendHunter, FT HowToSpend It etc. In just a few years of starting Fashion ComPassion, Ayesha is now considered to be a thought leader on ethical fashion and has been interviewed by CNBC Arabia and SKY News. Ayesha is among BBC's #100Women for 2014.
