About This Event
If you are in a cohabiting relationship or thinking about getting married or purchasing a property with your partner, this event is for you.
Many people move in with a partner or marry without knowing much about the legal implications of doing so, or what steps they can take to future proof their finances in the event of separation. Often such matters are seen as ‘unromantic’, but considering them at an early stage in your relationship can save you (and your partner) a lot of stress and acrimony down the line.
In this fascinating Lunch & Learn, you will discover the key differences between the legal rights of married and unmarried couples, and how prenuptial and cohabitation agreements could help protect your position.
There will be plenty of opportunity for questions, so our legal experts can address your particular concerns.
You will leave the session armed with essential, practical knowledge.
