Tickets: By donation only

About The Event

How might it feel to be in an environment where you could explore being more open, authentic, and present? This circle is an opportunity for men to be together in an intentional space, with the possibility of learning, healing, and growing.

Each month’s session will offer a thematic focus, but all is welcome – the circle is an open place for men to share whatever is going on for them.

This month we will consider what’s stirring within us right now.

Or something else that's on your mind.

What to expect:

  • The meeting starts with a grounding practice, a commitment to confidentiality, an individual check-in where we introduce ourselves, and then an opportunity for men to share what’s alive for them in the moment. We finish with a checkout.

  • If a man's words resonate with another man, this may lead to a deeper connection. Different perspectives are also very welcome and may inspire a richer experience.

  • The circle aims to create a space for men to connect with themselves and others more deeply.

Agreement for the circle:

  • You contribute to the extent that you feel comfortable.

  • There's no unsolicited feedback or unowned judgements.

  • We treat each other with respect.

  • This isn't therapy, or a substitute for therapy.

  • All men, 25 years old and above, are welcome, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or sexuality.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the event is due to begin to ensure a prompt start.

The Men's Circle is run on a donation basis, with all contributions helping to cover the facilitator’s time, venue costs, and staffing—ensuring we can continue offering these invaluable conversations to a broad and accessible audience. If you’re able, we kindly suggest a minimum donation of £5 to support the sustainability of these events.
