About The Event

We have all 'learned the hard way,' but what does it mean to learn softly?

This workshop is an invitation for women who fill many roles to explore what it means to summon our personal alchemy during times of chaos. Led by Helen Knott, an Indigenous woman of Dane Zaa, Nehiyaw, Métis, and European descent from Prophet River First Nations, Canada, Helen will guide us through a discussion centered on themes of self-reflection, navigating difficult life events, and building towards self-acceptance, all of which are explored in her bestselling memoir, Becoming a Matriarch.

If you’re a mother, leader, caretaker, one or all of the above, join us in this transformative space.
