About Jennifer
Jennifer is both an exceptional Medical Herbalist and self-empowerment coach with over 15 years of experience in private practice. Jennifer is well known for her wisdom within the field of natural remedies and her wisdom is sought from around the world. Jennifer uses herbal remedies to address many physical maladies that range across the border of health systems from endocrine, gynaecological, digestive and nervous systems to name a few. Jennifer works holistically and in a multifaceted manner with her clients to assist them in achieving their greatest state of wellbeing and state of thriving. The fundamentals of this structure starts with treating the root of an illness or imbalance and working with the mind, body and spirit to achieve the perfect harmony and balance of the individual.
Jennifer's own journey of healing and transcending her self limiting beliefs has led her on the path of a passionate career as a self empowerment coach where she runs workshops, international retreats and one on one sessions helping people to thrive and flourish. She uses a modality of hypnosis, EFT, inner child work, solution focused psychotherapy and meditations to help clients overcome any trauma and shift through any limiting beliefs and create the change people desire in their lives.
