As part of our 2nd Anniversary Celebration & relaunch of the Wellbeing Programmes at The Hearth we are hosting a day dedicated to holistic wellbeing at our Healing Festival, curated by Gisela Lopez. 

The series includes a wonderful collection of events for Women, including Tea Ceremony, Soul Ceremony, Flower Mandala Ceremony, Cacao Ceremony, Icaros & sacred songs ceremony and Crystal bowls & Sound healing ceremony, with Tarot reading available.

Lera will lead a tea ceremony and women's circle, inviting us to slow down and connect to senses, to presence. Deep presence, that, when connected to, can be an incredible source of power, vitality, inspiration and love. Tea ceremony is an invitation to slow down and go within so we can move through life from our heart space.

ABOUT LERA

Lera has been a devoted Student of the Leaf for many years. For centuries, Tea in the form of Chadao Practice has been used by Daoist Sages and Buddhist Monks for alchemy and transformation. Lera holds sacred spaces with the Medicine of Tea in Chadao tradition of Global Tea Hut, facilitating journeys from the head to the heart, to the intimacy of life itself. Tea as a sacred plant medicine creates this space for us to drop into the heart and just be.
