We are welcoming the delightful Enrica & Giorgia of 1990 Gluten Free, who will be hosting this Decembers Home-cooked @ The Hearth supper club.
Mother & Daughter duo, Nonna Enrica & Giorgia, who run their family business together, have created a menu of delicious, fresh & handmade Mediterranean food, inspired by their Italian heritage & upbringing.
When Giorgia was just 1 years old Nonna Enrica discovered that she was Coeliac, since that moment Nonna Enrica was dedicated to creating & developing Gluten free food, experimenting with flavours & recipes with great care & passion.
After 30 years of experience cooking beautiful gluten free food, they have created a special menu inspired by the finest Italian cuisine. Every element is exclusively gluten free, handmade, slow cooked & freshly made - just like our Nonnas used to do the good old days!
Giorgia & Enrica will be demonstrating their wonderful skills & demonstrating how to make both the Ravioli for the meal & a Tiramisu which you get to take home , so you can get fully immersed in the creative process, as well as enjoy a welcome cocktail & three course meal too.

Home Cooked at The Hearth Supper Club Series
London is the world's most cosmopolitan city, and while you can taste the fanciest food at Michelin starred restaurants, the one thing you can't find easily is good home-cooked food. Made with love and warmth, often by mums and grandmas, using traditional ingredients and old family recipes - home cooked food is food made from the hearth and the heart. Imagine Chef's Table, but the chef is your mum and she makes you chop the onions while she's simmering the sauce. All our Home Cooked Supper Clubs feature a 'making' element - using your hands to create, or recreate, a dish.
