  • The Hearth 16 Lonsdale Road London, England, NW6 6RD United Kingdom (map)

Tickets: Free For Hearth Members / £6 for non-members inclusive of glass of wine or soft drink.

About This Event

Put your laptop down, get Beyoncé out and join us for a super-inclusive dance experience that will transform your confidence! Hearth Women Night is a monthly social event where you can have fun, connect with our community and indulge in a themed evening.

Ever watched stars like Beyoncé, JLo and Rihanna and thought “I would love to be able to move like that!”? Well, now's your chance. Brought to you by Hearth member and founder of SOS Dance, Bonnie Lister Parsons, this is your time to let loose, have fun and tap into your most powerful self on the dance floor and beyond.

Dancing to ‘CUFF IT’ from Beyoncé’s Renaissance album, you’ll learn a short, sass-fuelled routine for absolute beginners in the fun, sexy, powerful style of Queen Bey. Even if you have never taken a dance class before, this class really is for all levels, so two left feet are welcome and strongly encouraged!

We'll start with Bellinis at 6pm, and then move upstairs for the 60-minute dance class. Wear workout clothes, your Renaissance tour outfit, or whatever you wore to work. Just show up as you are, and enjoy!

Renaissance tour stage, here we come!

The event is free for members and open to non-members for £6 inclusive of a drink (glass of wine or soft drink) - both need to secure a place by registering here.

Bonnie Lister-Parsons

Professional Dancer, CEO of SOS Dance

About Bonnie

“IF 'GIRL POWER' WAS A PERSON, HER NAME WOULD BE BONNIE PARSONS” – SWEATY BETTY

Professional dancer turned CEO, Bonnie began her career working with Kelly Rowland, The X Factor, The Sugababes, The MOBO Awards, Alexander Burke and more. She founded her first business Seen on Screen at the age of 23, which went on to become the UK’s top fitness trend, running a boutique dance empire in London.

After major press features and appearances on TV shows such as Sunday Brunch and This Morning, Bonnie started to receive requests from women worldwide, asking for Seen on Screen to come to their city.

To fulfill demand, Bonnie secured an all-female investment round covered by Forbes to launch a franchise of ‘Seen on Screen’ called SOS Dance in September 2019. On a mission to empower a generation of women through dance, SOS Dance trains non-professional dance lovers in Bonnie’s teaching method, enabling women to run their own local dance businesses, powered by the SOS platform. SOS currently has 50 locations nationwide, with ambitions to scale across the globe.
