About This Event

Lera and Kathryn invite you for an evening of deep healing, rest, and connection. Experience the powerful combination of conscious connected breathwork, the soothing sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls, and a meditative tea ceremony. Conscious connected breathwork has many proven benefits for the nervous system, including increasing physical and psychological health.

Kathryn will guide you to consciously connect to your breath whilst journeying through the energy centres in your body (Chakras), to help create a sense of calm and relaxation in both body and mind and inspire transformation.

The ancient art of Tea Ceremony will take you further into the heart, into the body, away from the mind and its thinking. For centuries Daoist mendicants and Buddhist Monks used Tea as a daily medicine to quieten the mind and awaken the heart, the Spirit. Tea is such a sensory experience, that naturally when we participate in this beautiful ritual, we stop thinking and start feeling. It is a deeply restful place. A place that many, who experienced the magic of Tea, call Homecoming. A place, where there is nothing left to do, and nowhere to go. The experience of this moment as being completely perfect.

The Crystal Singing Bowls produce healing frequencies that will activate your parasympathetic nervous system which allows the body to rest, digest, restore, and repair. These frequencies slow our brainwaves down, quietening any racing thoughts and allowing us to drift into a meditative state, helping to bring about balance and harmony, remove any stagnant energy, and help to relieve stress and anxiety.
