Our inner critic that can be judgmental and unkind, and it can affect our confidence and self-esteem, but by befriending it, we can become more positive and confident in our daily lives.
Jessica helps people to feel calmer, happier and more in control by teaching Self Compassion, Mindfulness & Breathwork practices. She offers private sessions, workshops, and courses to stressed employees. Jessica shares Daily Meds - weekly themed meditations with a coaching element that even busy people can maintain. She aims to make meditation relevant for modern lives and normalise it in the workplace.
