Amrita Ma Devi is an Ayurvedic practitioner, holistic chef, and author passionate about plant-based recipes. With over 200 mouth-watering creations on her blog, she shares her knowledge and expertise in Ayurveda, herbalism, and meditation. Since 2012, Amrita has been writing about Ayurveda, shedding light on the importance of Ayurvedic cleansing, conscious cooking, and the mindful consumption of real food. Her health journey, where she healed herself through diet and herbs, fuels her belief in the innate power of self-healing.
