About This Event
Ayurveda is a system of healing from India, dating back 5,000 years, yet relevant in every time and place. It is based on maintaining balance within the body, mind, and spirit to prevent illness and support individuals dealing with health concerns. It recognises each individual as being unique and the concepts are applied with the understanding there is no one-size-fits-all.
Sharandeep will be sharing the foundations of Ayurveda and introducing some of the main principles behind the ancient science. She will guide you on how to apply these, as specific tips for the Winter season, so that you can enjoy the season feeling stronger, with improved digestion, better sleep, stronger immunity, and a healthier mindset.
Areas that will be covered:
Winter specific dietary changes
Suitable seasonal lifestyle and routine changes
Recommended Vata balancing movement practices
Recommended Pranayama (breathwork) practices
Winter Ayurvedic herbal recommendations
Sharandeep founded Your Deep Self in 2016, supporting client transformations by bringing forward her skills as a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Life Coach and Hypnotherapist. Her clients are guided along the paths of understanding individual body, mind and consciousness, through her tailored Hypno Coaching programs and Ayurvedic Services.
Trained under the tutelage of Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute, USA, Sharandeep uses a tailored and realistic approach, recognising each client's individual needs, lifestyle and circumstances, to support healing.
Sharandeep values clarity and calmness as the foundation for success when working through client areas requiring attention to support them on their journey to authenticity, wellness, and the peace that brings.
