I’m Louise Yerby and I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. I have transformed 100’s of women’s lives through mindful exercise and nutrition. My aim is to make this a lifestyle change through enjoying different types of movement tailored to the individual's needs. The class I will be hosting is aimed at getting the body moving through the use of our own body weight. I will incorporate cardiovascular fitness, body conditioning, and stretching exercises. During the class, we will use resistance bands and chair-based exercises using our body weight to build strength, and tone and improve flexibility. I will incorporate a compound of lunges, squats, and functional training. It benefits everyone especially those who work in an office environment, who find themselves restricted to movement. It has a nice flow of stretch and tone.
