About The Event

Every aspect of a woman's health at every age and stage of life benefits from healthy nutrition and lifestyle changes (restorative sleep, stress management, limiting alcohol/avoiding tobacco, regular movement, positive relationships).

This is true for painful and heavy periods as well as irregular menstrual cycles, often a hallmark of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). This is the most common hormone condition worldwide, affecting at least 1 in 10 women. Endometriosis is another condition that is poorly recognised taking an average of over 8 years to get a diagnosis, leaving people with painful periods, painful sex, and in chronic pain with few answers to their concerns. Nutrition also plays a role in male fertility as well as a healthy pregnancy.
