The world we currently live in was built for menstruation the way we work, eat, exercise etc.
Learning to read our menstrual cycle and fertility allows us to take ownership of our body! We become autonomous - especially in healthcare settings!

Fertility Awareness Educator
Juspreet Kaur is a Fertility Awareness Educator. As a Panjabi woman, she is fully aware of how challenging it can be to speak about menstruation, sex and fertility whilst centring empathy.
Through her work, Juspreet actively starts these conversations whilst helping women gain a deep understanding of their menstrual cycle INDEPENDENT of any devices, systems, and apps!
