Dhru Patel is dedicated to helping women go from "powering through" to "feeling empowered" over their health and wellbeing.My work is rooted in Ayurveda, which focuses on diet, lifestyle and (where appropriate) herbal remedies. I also bring in elements of breathwork, meditation and mindfulness into my sessions as the holistic perspective I take looks at healing the whole body, mind and spirit.I was born and raised in New Zealand and my heritage is Indian. I moved to London in my 20s and Queen's Park is now my home with my husband and two girls.
