You’ve probably heard the term boundaries being used – but do you know exactly what we mean by setting boundaries?
Does even the term boundaries set off anxiety or fear in you? Or do you associate them only with people who are selfish or mean?
This event aims to enlighten you as to why healthy boundaries, rather than being aggressive or cold, are actually a loving act.
Could you be struggling with boundaries?
Do you worry that if you set boundaries with people you will lose them?
Do you sometimes feel hurt or attacked by someone, but feel like you just have to accept it?
Do you find yourself tolerating behaviour that actually is very upsetting?
Do you feel wiped out or resentful helping others, but not receiving help in return?
Have you kept asking someone to change a behaviour but they still do it?
During this event, you will experience:
A loving, safe and joyful space in which I will shed light on what boundaries really are, and why they are literally vital to living a truly fulfilled and content life.
An exploration of why the idea of setting boundaries can feel downright terrifying at times.
Some practical steps and practices to start setting boundaries in ways that feel healthy and loving.
