Gather at The Hearth for the grounding, calming, experience of a sound bath. Let the soothing vibrations of the Alchemy Singing Bowls wash over you to relax, reset, and restore your mind, body, and soul.
Sound can quickly and easily bring you into a state of rest akin to meditation or even sleep, a state where healing is able to occur, without you needing to do a thing. The sounds introduced during a sound bath are an invitation to invoke a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and gain perspective on what’s going on within you without the distractions.
Sound baths are the perfect medicine for anyone who wants to carve out space for themselves to rest and connect more deeply with who they are.
What to expect
We start off with a guided relaxation to support you to release tension from your body and mind, allowing you to soften, accessing the theta brainwave state to receive the healing from the sound bath. Followed by the blissful blend of sounds from the Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls. After the sound bath there is space and silence for integration. To close you are guided back from your journey with a grounding experience and the sound of the chimes.
Prepare for your experience
You’ll be laying down for the majority of the time so may consider bringing anything else you may need for comfort, we have yoga mats and blankets. Dressing in layers can be helpful for you to adjust your body temperature if you need to.

With over 20 years working in the fast paced fashion industry in her own direct experience, she understands the impact that being busy, always being on has on the nervous system and soul. During one of her periods of burnout she discovered the power of sound healing after a transformational gong bath and the immediate benefits that followed.
Ella’s sound baths offer the support that you need to rest, creating space from the busyness of London life. Using Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls that are made from 99.9% pure quartz crystal, blended with precious metals, earths, crystals and gemstones to create beautiful, tranquil soundscapes. You’re held in a tender soulful space for all that you are.
