About The Event
Why do we blame ourselves when someone else is in the wrong? Self-blame is so common, it can feel like the truth—but it never is. If you’ve ever thought, “Why did I let them do it?” or “It’s my fault,” this workshop is for you.
Join Martine Renoux to uncover how self-blame tricks us and robs us of our confidence. You were never passive—you responded in ways you may not even recognise. Together, we’ll challenge guilt, debunk harmful beliefs, and help you reconnect with your dignity and self-worth.
When someone mistreats you, do you find yourself thinking, “I should know better” or “I’m so weak”? You’re not alone. But self-blame only keeps you stuck. In this workshop, Martine Renoux will help you uncover the hidden ways self-blame takes hold, show you why it’s never the truth, and give you practical tools to push back against guilt and reconnect with your dignity.
