About This Event

A woman’s body can crave a more playful and curious approach. Never more so than during times of hormonal shifts such as within your monthly cycles, the transition from pregnancy into motherhood, or the journey that is menopause including the pre & post periods.

This is a rich terrain for us to discover new ways to relate to our bodies, ourselves.

Come and share a space with other women, where we'll focus on the idea that less (effort) brings more (ease), and that our bodies are always learning and evolving. Through focusing on our very core housed within the pelvic region we will sense in to how we feel, both physically and emotionally within the pelvis and enjoy discovering simple healthy ways to relate better. This is through understanding better the structure within the pelvis and how connected everything is within the body. Literally our pelvic floor starts in our feet!
