About This Event

Mama's, join us for this intimate evening session, where we explore the art of Journalling from the perspective of established Author, Abigail Mann. Whilst sipping & nibbling, you will be treated to a specially curated session exploring maternal mental wellbeing, with both talks and workshop-style elements to expand your self-care toolkit designed to untangle some of the more complex thoughts of motherhood, as well as learning to decompress the day to day. It is applicable to all generations, ages, and stages of motherhood and tickets are all inclusive.

Abigail Mann

Author

"I’m Abigail, author of The Lonely Fajita, The Sister Surprise, and The Wedding Crasher.

I write female-led contemporary comedy novels that are big on feelings and even bigger on laughs. My humour is often dark, but warm at its core, like an M&S melt-in-the-middle chocolate pudding"

"Motherhood is an outpouring, but so often we need time and space to fill our own (ink) well. In this workshop, we are all writers. Putting pen to paper is a powerful act that comes from an urge to make sense of our experiences, especially as new mothers. We are constantly writing a new, challenging, and wondrous chapter of our lives. Through reflection, journal writing, and creative prompts, we will explore the complexities and wonders of motherhood whilst honouring it with the time and space to reflect on the self. - Abigail Mann"
