In this course you will learn about the most common early signs of perimenopause. We will unpack in detail what is happening to your hormones and the effect that these hormonal changes may have on mental and emotional wellbeing.
We will also look at how simple techniques that support better sleep and reduces stress can have a tremendous positive impact on symptoms like insomnia, brain fog, anxiety and depression.
