Egg Freezing: When should I learn about my fertility levels?

Tickets: £15 - General Admission / £10 - Zoom Admission / Free for Hearth Members

Now, more than ever, women are delaying having children, which can be great! But how aware are we of our fertility options?

You’ve probably heard about the ticking ‘biological clock’, and ‘fertility windows’ to explain women’s bodies. Or you’ve heard about the types of fertility preservation methods like egg freezing, and feel unsure about their purpose.

That’s why we’re on a mission to provide you with all the information and tools necessary to help you understand your fertility levels and to make sure you’re aware of all your options.

After having explored her own fertility and then undergoing egg-freezing treatment, Sarita Stefani understands how important it is for women to know their own bodies before making any decisions about their fertility. As co-founder of Amilis - a platform dedicated to bringing fertility awareness and making egg freezing more transparent - she’ll be joining us with Rebecca Hay, Patient service manager at The Evewell Clinic, to take a deep dive into our fertility levels and how they work.

What you can expect to learn about:

  • Understanding your fertility

  • How fertility changes with age

  • How can we test our fertility levels

  • Preservation techniques such as egg freezing

  • What happens if you choose to go ahead with egg freezing, and the realistic outcomes of the treatment

Join us in an informal open discussion to learn about fertility awareness from a medical and personal perspective, so that you can make better-informed decisions about your fertility.
